- Separate collection:Old devices may not legally be disposed of in unsorted municipal waste (e.g., household waste or yellow bin). Instead, they must be submitted for separate collection.
- Symbol of the trash can:The symbol of a crossed-out trash can on our products or packaging reminds you that this device must be disposed of separately at the end of its life.
- Batteries and lamps:Please remove old batteries and accumulators as well as light sources that are not enclosed by the old device without causing damage before you hand it in at a collection point.
- Data protection:We would like to point out that you, as the end user, are responsible for deleting personal data on the old devices to be disposed of.
- Return option:According to § 17 ElektroG, Leuchtkunst Constappel offers the option for the free return of old electrical and electronic devices. Please contact us directly to arrange the return.
2. Information on the Packaging Act (VerpackG)To promote environmental protection and meet the legal requirements of the Packaging Act, Leuchtkunst Constappel ensures the proper disposal of shipping packaging.
We use materials for shipping our products that can be disposed of through existing collection systems (e.g., paper recycling bin or material collection). We are registered with the Central Packaging Register (LUCID) and participate in a dual system for nationwide take-back.
