General Terms and Conditions & Customer Information
1. Scope of ApplicationThese General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers through the online shop of Leuchtkunst Constappel (hereinafter referred to as "Seller").
2. Conclusion of Contract
The product representations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an informal online catalog.
By clicking the button [Order with Payment Obligation], you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The confirmation of receipt of the order occurs together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission via an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract has been concluded.
3. Payment Terms (Prepayment)
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer (prepayment).
After completing the order, you will receive our bank details in the confirmation email.
The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 7 days. The shipment of the goods will only take place after full payment has been received.
4. Retention of TitleThe goods remain the property of Leuchtkunst Constappel until the purchase price has been paid in full.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
In addition to the prices listed, we charge shipping costs for delivery outside of Germany. These will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
